Abstract: As a number of evaluation methods have already not been suitable, currently, it is hard to find a set of mature methodologies to evaluate the economic added value due to the introduction of measurements to improve the compli- cated situation of the deep water channel of the Yangtze Estuary 12.5 m Deepwater Channel.
