College of Landscape and Travel, Agricultural University of Hebei, Hebei Baoding 071001) Abstract: In recent years, with the rapid development of Chinas urbanization, the quality education of new occupational farmer faced enormous development opportunities. In this paper, through the analysis on the connotation and relationship between urbanization and new occupational farmer, the main problems existing in the current farmers ’quality and their causes were pointed out. In the context of new urbanization, the government must increase investment and support efforts to make the new occupational farmer be willing to go back and stay in hometown, doing their job well, and finally become the future leader of agricultural production.
