摘 要 近年来，随着消费电子产品的快速发展和低功率电子设备的种类的日益丰富，消费者对通用串行总线（USB）电源适配器的需求不断扩大。制造电源适配器外壳的最主要方式是模具注塑成型。因此，市场对电源适配器外壳的注塑模具的需求快速增加，基于Moldflow软件进行注塑模具设计可提高生产效率和改善产品质量，降低成本，实现快速开发制造。 论文首先针对通用的电源适配器的外壳进行相关的分析，确定塑件材料和注塑成型工艺，进行注塑模具设计。分析和阐述浇注系统，成型部件，脱模机构，温度调节系统等关键部分的参数、结构选择等设计过程。并利用模流分析分析软件（Autodesk Moldflow）进行模流分析，对浇注系统和温度调节系统进行优化设计。并使用标准化模具零件，以适应现代模具设计和生产。 本文设计的注塑模具使用Autodesk CAD，Pro/E软件进行辅助设计，并采用Moldflow对塑件的填充、冷却、流动，翘曲等进行动态模拟，而达到利用计算机指导模具设计和选取成型参数的效果。 关键词：电源适配器；注塑模具；Moldflow；优化设计  Design of injection mold for power adapter based on Moldflow Student:LIU Dong-dong Teacher:LI Xian-xuan Abstract: In recent years, with the rapid development of consumer electronics and the growing variety of low power electronic devices, consumer demand for universal serial bus (USB) power adapter continues to expand. The main way of manufacturing power adapter shell is injection molding. Therefore, rapid increase in demand of market of power adapter shell injection mold, injection mold design based on Moldflow software can improve the production efficiency and improve product quality, reduce costs, to achieve the fast development of the manufacturing. Firstly, the relevant analysis of the shell of the universal power adapter is carried out, and the plastic parts material and injection molding technology are determined. The design process of the key parts such as pouring system, forming part, mould release mechanism, temperature adjusting system and so on is analyzed and described. The die flow analysis software (Moldflow Autodesk) was used to optimize the design of the gating system and the temperature regulation system. And use standardized mold parts to adapt to the modern mold design and production.
