内容摘要)ABSTRACT
As is known to all, the ship of each kind of promote devices need at least a prime mover to provide energy. For now the spread of the prime mover mainly has diesel engine, steam turbine, gas turbine, gas turbine-the motor and motor model diesel engine-etc. This among them with the use of diesel engine is the most common, but the other forms of prime mover also has its characteristics, in some types of ships, there will be widely used. From the liquefied natural gas (LNG) ship was so far, its power device of prime mover almost all choose steam turbine, mainly because the LNG tanker in sailing in the cargo compartment produces evaporation gas (BOG) more, will it into the boiler as fuel is a relatively simple processing method. In the world before the oil crisis, BOG is free use, and steam turbine power output of the larger, can burn low-quality fuel maintenance cost relatively low. However steam turbine low efficiency and to urge people to constant research new LNG ship propulsion system, at present many worlds engine factory to double in diesel engine, the fuel gas turbine, or low diesel engine instead of steam turbine, as a new generation of LNG ship propulsion system and the feasibility of research and discussion. But in the near future thetraditional dual fuel boiler steam turbine unit will still-the LNG carrier in the advancement of the device in domination.
This will then little steam turbine power plant in the application and analysis on LNG, and the future a new generation of LNG ship propulsion device trend of development prospect
