我国物流服务中存在的问题及对策研究——以民营快递业为视角 The Problems and the Countermeasure Researches of Existing in the Logistics Service in China -- In the Perspective of Private Express Industry Abstract: With the sustained and rapid development of economy, in recent years, China’s private express industry also obtains the corresponding speed development, and it occupies more and more important position in the social and economic life. But due to various influencing factors, the problems of the private express logistics service are revealed, which restricts its sustainable development and the improvement of the service level. Therefore, in this paper, unfolding discussion and analysis to the problems and the countermeasure researches existing in the logistics services of the private express industry in China. This article first introduces the research purpose, significance, research status at home and abroad, as well as the research content and method of this project. Then, expounding the logistics services mainly from the three sides of concept, elements and characteristics. And unfolding a introduction about related theory to express industry from the three aspects of the concept and the classification of the express, the basic characteristics of the express delivery industry. They lay the related theoretical foundation for the further research of the subject. Next, analyzing the current development situation of the private express industry in China and utilizing SWOT to further analyze the internal and external environmental conditions of the private express enterprise. Followed, pointing out the problems of existing in the logistics service of the private express in China, and giving corresponding analysis. Then aiming at the problems puts forward the corresponding improvement and development countermeasures. Finally, making corresponding summaries for the subject research.
