摘要 我国高等教育的收费体制经历了从免费、“双轨制”收费到全面收费的变革。近年来，高校收费曾普遍提高大约15%，在收费上涨的同时，高校也加大了学生补助力度。助学贷款是各种补贴资助政策中的一种方式。 伴随着计算机行业的发展，诸多行业都走上了信息化的道路。对于助学贷款这种涉及学生面广、周期很长的资助形式，传统手工记账的方式耗费资源大，信息整理不便捷，已经无法满足当今需求。 大学学生贷款管理系统由此而生，学生可以通过本系统在线申请贷款，查看所申请贷款的审核状态，查看管理员发布的公告信息。教师能查询学生信息，能查看学生的贷款信息，管理员负责数据库、用户账户的维护工作。本文是对大学学生贷款管理系统从软件设计到代码实现，以及软件测试的详细描述。 本文从分析项目的可行出发，分析需求后对软件进行设计，通过Java Web这一成熟的技术，完成了B/S结构的大学学生助学贷款管理系统的开发。软件利用主流的SSH框架，MySQL关系型数据库，Tomcat服务器软件搭建而成，文章最后有相关的测试结果。 关键词;助学贷款; Java Web技术; B/S模式A Charge system of Chinese higher education has experienced from free, double-track to full charge.
