本科毕业论文(设计) 星级酒店大学实习生满意度调查 ——以三正半山酒店为例 The study on college interns satisfaction in star hotels -Take SanZhengBanshang Hotel for example 星级酒店大学实习生满意度研究 ——以三正半山酒店为例 摘要 实习是大学生完成学业的重要课程,是提高实践能力的重要方法。酒店行业是人员需求量很大的行业,聘用实习生是酒店缓解用工紧张的有效方法。酒店管理专业的学生是经过系统理论培训的群体,这个群体的出现能够给星级酒店的管理带来新的思想,更重要的是能够节约酒店的人力资源成本。酒店行业人员流失率居高不下,给酒店人力资源管理提出了严峻的考验。大部分实习生在实习结束以后并没有选择继续从事酒店行业,而是选择了转入其他行业发展。本文通过对广西民族师范学院和四川理工学院125名实习生在塘厦三正半山酒店进行毕业实习期间的生活条件、工作、人际交往、薪酬福利、职业发展前景等方面的满意度开展调查,调查结果显示酒店在实习生管理方面存在的问题、实习生迫切希望改变的困境以及改进问题的对策,从而为酒店管理实习生方面提供参考意见。 关键词:星级酒店;大学实习生;满意度 The study on college interns satisfaction in star hotels -Take SanZhengBanshang Hotel for example Tourism management level 2010 -101 class,LiangHui supervisor Dongna-Pan Abstract Practice is an important course for college students to complete their studies.It is also an important way to improve students’ practical abilities.There is a great demand in hotel industry, and internship employment is really an effective way to ease employment tension. Professional students majoring in Hotel Management have accepted systematic theory learning, the emergence of this group can bring new ideas to the star hotel management, more importantly, it can save the cost of the hotels human resources. The hotel industry staff turnover rate is so high that it become an ordeal to the hotel human resources management. When the internship has finished, less interns would like to continue their work in the hotel industry. They would turn to other industry. This paper is to study 125 interns’ satisfaction, who are from Guangxi Normal University for Nationalitise and Sichuan Institute of Technology, focusing on the conditions of life and work , interpersonal relationship, salary, benefits, career prospects and other aspects during their internship time in SanZhengBanshang Hotel. The study result shows that there are some problems in the hotel intern management, and the interns are eager to change the tough conditon and get some improval countermeasures,
