Methods：Through using key indicator matching method to choose health centers similar to the pilot health centers as the control ，difference in difference was used to analyze the changing status of indicators such as revenue ，total expenditure ，medical service income ，medicine income ，personnel expenditure and medicine expenditure were analyzed.
