A t snow ing tmi e, the w eather is often so that the w ind speed is sm a ll, the a ir m o isture is large, the a ir stratum is m ore stab le and its d iffu sion capability is w eak. In spring, the influence of pre- cipitation on po llutant concentration and on dilution of PM 10 and NO2 is obviou s. T he w eather o f h igh m o isture and the rainw ater w ith low er tem perature plays a part in decreasing po llu tant concentration.
