Inbound services are those exposed by the Siebel server. Only enable the web services you want to use. Leave the rest Inactive. While you’re doing this, you need to specify the URL of the WSDL file for accessing the web service. A sample will be provided which you can customize. Next, use the Siebel Tool and log in to the correct database, usually the Server database.
