Quadratic form theory related to the characteristics of the domain, now quadratic forms not only in geometry but also in other branches of mathematics physics, mechanics, engineering technology are often used. Quadratic matrix multiplication by the link with the symmetric matrix, which on the one hand makes the problem of quadratic matrix can be used to study the theory and method, on the other hand the problem can be transformed into symmetric matrices with the method of quadratic to solve. So the right to write it’s matrix is to study the quadratic matrix quadratic basis. In this paper, on the basis of the nature of the quadratic form, we describe the property of positive semi-definite matrix quadratic ,and cited simply some examples to described the application of matrix is qualitative ,and promote the theory of quadratic and then discuss the application of it.
