University of Chinese Academy of Sciences, Beijing 100049, China Abstract: With the rapid development of mobile internet, watching videos of lectures or training courseware on mobile devices become an important way of learning at free time. However, because the courseware video capacity is too large and the download time is too long, it no doubt makes the courseware resource acquiring and storing more difficult and brings inconvenience to mobile learning. In this paper, a solution is proposed that, instead of the whole videos, we use only the courseware audio, PPT pictures and time profiles of the pictures. The principles and advantages of the mobile hybrid development mode of Phonegap are discussed, and the design and implementation of the key modules of the application system are described in detail.
