腹腔镜下输卵管吻合术治疗输卵管妊娠疗效和围手术期护理探究 　　[摘要] 目的 通过观察患者术后输卵管通畅程度、宫内妊娠率和异位妊娠率的变化，评价使用腹腔镜下输卵管吻合术治疗输卵管妊娠的的疗效。方法 入选120例患者随机分成研究组和对照组两组，研究组60例使用腹腔镜下输卵管吻合术治疗，对照组60例使用腹腔镜下输卵管切开取胚缝合术治疗，围手术期对患者加强护理干预。两组治疗后2个月比较患者输卵管通畅程度，2年后比较宫内妊娠率和异位妊娠率的变化。结果 两组患者在手术治疗后，2个月后研究组输卵管通畅程度较对照组高，结果有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 腹腔镜下输卵管吻合术治疗输卵管妊娠可以有效提高术后输卵管通畅度，提高宫内妊娠率及降低再次异位妊娠率，疗效优于腹腔镜下输卵管切开缝合术治疗。其间围手术期加强患者的护理是保证手术成功及提高术后输卵管功能恢复的必要条件。 [关键词] 微创治疗；腹腔镜；输卵管妊娠；输卵管吻合术；输卵管切开缝合术 [中图分类号] R473.71 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 2095-0616（2013）14-127-03 Study on curative effect and nursing during the peri-operation of laparoscopic tubal anastomosis in the treatment of tubal pregnancy LIN Xiuhong TIAN Hong WANG Xingxing Liwan Hospital of Guangzhou Medical College，Guangzhou 510170，China [Abstract] Objective To evaluate the curative effect of laparoscopic tubal anastomosis in the treatment of tubal pregnancy through observing the degree of tubal patency and change of intrauterine pregnancy rate and ectopic pregnancy rate of patients after the operation. Methods 120 patients were randomly divided into the research group treated by laparoscopic tubal anastomosis and the control group treated by laparoscopic salpingotomy，and each group were 60 cases.
