1846812 摘要 随着人类社会经济的飞速发展，生产力的不断提高，人类对于环 境的干预和影响也越来越大。科学技术的广泛应用带给人们的不仅仅 是经济的发展，还有环境的破坏。随着环境问题的日益严重，环境问 题与社会经济发展关系的日益密切，借助教育手段来帮助人们正确认 识人类生存的环境、了解环境问题、提高环境意识、掌握解决环境问 题的技术手段，被发达国家和发展中国家先后重视起来。 美国是世界上最早制定《环境教育法》的国家。在此法的指导下， 经过几十年的发展，其中小学环境教育已具有较高水平。而我国中小 学环境教育起步较晚，发展情况也不尽人意。本文介绍在美国《国家 环境教育法》的指导下，美国中小学环境教育的实施情况。并结合我 国的具体情况，总结出改善我国中小学环境教育的若干思路。 本文分为四章进行论述。第一章介绍美国《国家环境教育法》的 发展历史和主要内容。第二章介绍在美国《国家环境教育法》的指导 下，环境保护署与北美环境教育协会合作制定的美国中小学环境教育 的具体要求。第三章介绍了美国中小学环境教育的教学方法、课程模 式、课程安排和实施保障。第四章结合我国中小学环境教育的具体情 况，对未来我国中小学环境教育的发展和改革提出了若干思路和建 议。 关键词：环境教育，国家环境教育法，中小学环境教育 ABSTRACT Asthe oftheworld andtheforcesof economy rapidly developed influenceofthehumans on productionimprovedcontinually，the impact the Environmentwas allthetime．Extensiveof growing application scienceand humansnot the ofthe technologybring only development alsothedestructionof economy，but theenvironment．Astheissuesofthe environmentare rel ofenvironmental gettingworse，the ationship problems andsocioeconomicis the development methodsof gettingcloser，using education to thehumans the environment help recognize living accurately， understand theissuesof theenvironmental environment，improve
