摘要 中国是世界上茶叶种植面积最多的国家，但茶叶产值不及印度、斯里兰卡等国， 其主要原因是缺少国际知名品牌和跨国公司的支撑。云南是中国的茶叶主产区，省 委、省政府把 “云烟、云茶、云花、云药” 确定为云南四大特色优势产业，决心全面提升茶产业。普洱茶作为云南具有悠久 产地历史和独特品质风格的茶产品，是云南茶产品的重要代表性品牌，目前已成为 云南茶叶产业的重要组成部分，被国家质量监督检验检疫总局批准为地理标志产品 。普洱市是普洱茶的发源地，是今天普洱茶的主要生产地，其普洱茶的种植面积、产 量、产值都位居云南普洱茶之首。如今，普洱茶已走向全国，走向世界。研究其发展， 具有很大文化意义和经济意义。本论文利用相关理论，如市场营销理论、产业经济学 理论，结合普洱市普洱茶的现状，分析普洱市普洱茶产业在发展中存在的问 ，并提 出相应的对策及建议。 关键字：普洱茶；产业发展；现状；对策 Abstract China is the worlds largest tea growing area of the country, but not as good as the tea output in India, Sri Lanka and other countries, mainly because of the lack of supporting international brands and multinational corporations. Yunnan is Chinas main tea growing areas, the provincial government of the clouds, cloud tea, flower clouds, cloud medicine as the dominant industries in Yunnan four characteristics, determined to enhance the tea industry. As a product of Yunnan Puer tea has a long history and unique qualities of origin style, Yunnan tea products, an important representation of the brand, has become an important part of Yunnan tea industry, has been approved by the State Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of GI products . Puer tea is the birthplace of todays major tea producer, whose tea acreage, yield, production value are among the first of Yunnan Puer tea. Today, tea has been to the country, to the world. Study of its development, has great cultural and economic significance. In this paper, the use of relevant theories, such as marketing theory, the theory of industrial economics, combined with the status quo Puer tea, Puer tea industry analysis in the development problems and propose appropriate countermeasures and suggestions.
