In P yllosp ere, t ere are w ide temperature fluctuations; t e um idity is c anged repeatedly due to t e presence and absence of free moisture from rain and dew. Under t ese conditions, t e nutrient availability on t e plant surface is also lmi ited, and t e dose of ultraviolet radiation is very strong.
