摘要：从1981年加拿大最高法院采用合同A／B方法以来，这种分析方法就成了加拿大法院解决投标过程中的法律纠
纷的分析框架。本文概述了30年来加拿大在此领域的发展、进化，并将加拿大与英国对待此问题所采用的不同方法进行了
