Company Introduction Asian American Gas Inc. (AAGI) is a fast-growing American organization backed by world-renowned energy companies and investment funds. AAGI is primarily engaged in the exploration, development and production of coal bed methane (CBM) in China. During the past decade, AAGI has developed the most advanced multi-lateral drilling (MLD) technology in China. In 2004, China’s first coal bed methane MLD well was successfully planned, drilled, tested and completed by AAGI, and the well holds the daily production rate record for an MLD in China. This was not only a milestone for AAGI, but also a significant step in China’s CBM industry.? AAGI currently holds two CBM concessions in the Shanxi Qinshui basin: the Panzhuang concession and the Mabi concession, which are approximately 150km2 and 1371km2 respectively. The proven reserve for the Panzhuang concession is 20.4 billion cubic meters, and the annual production capacity of the current pilot production is approximately 100 million m3. The annual CBM production capacity for Panzhuang is planned to reach 500 million m3 in 2012.
