2014年4月 大庆石油地质与开发 Apr．，2014 第 33卷第 2期 Petroleum GeologyandOilfieldDevelopmentinDaqing V01．33No．2 DOI：10．3969／J．ISSN．1000—3754．2014．02．017 印尼石油工业发展与油 田开发现状 张 蕾 金亚杰 (大庆油田有限责任公司勘探开发研究院，黑龙江 大庆 163712) 摘要：中国石油正式进入印尼油气投资领域十多年来 ，在印尼海外油气市场的项 目产量逐年上升。为了系统了 解和认识印尼的油气产业，归纳分析了印尼油气发展历程 中的多项统计数据和油田开发现状。印尼原油储量和 产量均已呈现递减趋势，成为原油净进13国，但天然气储、产量较高 ，是世界重要的天然气产品出口大国。石 油业是印尼国家财政收入的支柱产业，但油气勘探开发对国外的资金和技术依赖性较强。从油田开发现状来看， 许多成熟油田仍旧处于一次采油阶段，提高采收率技术是关注的热点，印尼正在从政策扶持、技术合作和吸引 外资等多个方面寻求原油稳产的途径。 关 键 词：印尼 ；油气储量 ；油气产量；成熟油田 中图分类号：TE353 文献标识码：A 文章编号：1000—3754 (2014)02-0083—05 INDoNESIA oIL INDUSTRY AND CURRENT oILFIELD DEVELoPM ENT ZHANGLei，JINYajie (ExplorationandDevelopmentResearchInstituteofDaqingOilfieldCompanyLtd．，Daqing163712，China) Abstract：PetroChinahassetfootintheinvestmentdomainofIndonesiapetroleum formorethantenyears，and theproductionofIndonesiaoverseasitemsisrisingyearbyyear．InordertosystematicallyunderstandIndonesiape- troleum industry，manyitemsofstatisticaldataandcurrentoilfielddevelopmentareinducedandanalyzed．There aredeclinetrendsofrIndonesiaoilreservesandproduction，andmoreoverIndonesiahasbecomeanetimportcoun— tryofcrudeoil，butitsgasreservesandproductionarehigh，anddevelopedintooneoftheimportantexportersof thegasproductsintheworld．Petroleum industry isthepillarindustry ofrthestaterevenue，buttheexplorationand developmentgreatlydependonforeigninvestmentandtechniques．From theviewpointofthecurrentoilfielddevel_ opment，manymatureoilfieldsarestillheldupinthestageofprimary recovery ，IOR andEOR arehotpointsthat arefocusedandeoneernedcurrently，andIndonesiaismanagingtomaintaintheoilproductioninconsiderationsof thepolicysupport，technicalcooperation，attractingforeigninvestmentandSOon． Keywords：Indonesia；oilandgasreserves；
