学 号 0510121052 毕 业 设 计 课 题 年产5000吨H62黄铜棒挤压车间设计 姓 名 李 丹 系 别 机 械 工 程 系 专业班级 05材料成型及控制工程 指导教师 汪 劲 松 二0 0九 年 6 月 年产5000吨H62黄铜棒挤压车间设计 摘 要 黄铜材料具有良好的加工特性和物理性能，黄铜棒主要应用于五金、自行车与摩托车、制笔、电池、汽车、钟表、家电、航空航天、兵器、船舶、通讯、拉链等领域。据中国有色金属行业协会统计，2001年国内黄铜合金棒消费总量达到22.33万吨，2008年达到32.43万吨。国内黄铜合金棒加工水平偏低。因此，采用国际先进设备、工艺，生产高品质黄铜合金棒有很大的发展空间。 根据设计任务书的要求和市场调查，现拟建5000吨/年的H62黄铜棒挤压车间。棒材的直径范围在10～100mm 关键词：挤压；卧式挤压机；感应加热炉 The Design of a H62 Brass Bar Hotextrusion Shop with an Annual Output of 5 thousand Tons Abstract Brass materials have easy processing characteristics and good physical properties, which are widely used in hardware, bicycles and motorcycles, pens, batteries, cars, watches, home appliances, aerospace equipments , weapons, ships, communication equipments, zippers and other fields. According to the statistics of Chinese Nonferrous metals Professional Association, in 2001 the domestic consumption of brass rod is 223,300 tons, which expanded to 324,300 tons in 2008. The production scale and consumption of the copper materials in China have been ranking first in the world，and China is the biggest importing and exporting country of copper products, but the brass alloys processing technology is still not very advanced. So it has great room for development to produce high quality brass rods with internationally advanced equipments. In recent years the development of our country from all walks of life not only increased the demand for copper, but also required high accurate , high quality copper products. Global economic crisis also has a certain impact on the development of copper processing industry. Therefore we should push forward new technologies to prduce copper products with low energy consumption and high effeciency. In the light of the market research and design requirements, we propose to build a 5000 tons / year H62 brass rods extrusion plant. The rang of bar
