2012 届毕业设计 智能楼宇的网络设计 院 、 部： 计算机与信息科学学院 学生姓名： x x 指导教师： xxxxx 职 称： 副 教 授 专 业： 计算机科学与技术 班 级： 计本0802 学 号： 08301040224 2012 年 6 月 摘 要 随着现代信息技术的迅速发展和广泛应用，使人们对各类建筑的使用和功能的科学化管理提出了全新的要求，智能楼宇就是在这一背景下出现的。所谓智能楼宇，也就是让一栋本来死板的建筑具有一种人性化的体现。智能建筑以建筑为平台，兼备通信自动化、办公自动化、建筑设备自动化的功能，集系统结构、服务、管理及它们之间的最优化组合，向人们提供一个安全、高效舒适、便利的建筑环境。而智能建筑的智能性是通过计算机网络具体实现的。只有各个子系统之间的信息能够及时传递并实现交互，建筑物才有智能性可言。 计算机网络，是指将地理位置不同的具有独立功能的多台计算机及其外部设备，通过通信线路连接起来，在网络操作系统，网络管理软件及网络通信协议的管理和协调下，实现资源共享和信息传递的计算机系统。 智能楼宇是现代建筑技术和新兴信息技术相结合的产物。它通过对一个建筑物的结构、系统、服务和管理等四个要素的最优化组合,使建筑物本身的价值和安全性提高,并为使用者提供一个舒适、便利的环境。 本次论文以中国科学院亚热带农业生态研究所中国科学院 With the rapid development and wide use of modern information technology, people put forward some totally new requests to the scientific management of the usage and function of various buildings, then the intelligent buildings emerged.The so-called intelligent building embodies some humanistic features in the originally rigid construction.
