天津职业技术师范大学本科生毕业设计 汽车减震器自动生产线 涂料供应机构设计 Automatic production line for automobile shock absorber Paint supply mechanism design 专业班级：机自0901 学生姓名： 指导教师： 教授 学 院：机械工程学院 2013 年 6 月 摘 要 减震器是汽车必不可少的重要元件之一，此设计就汽车减震器自动生产线中的重要部分，即涂料供应部分进行相关设计，以满足自动生产和批量生产的要求。 从设计的要求出发，依据给定的设计参数，进行了方案论证。然后根据需要，将涂料供应系统细化为涂料进给机构、垂直举升机构以及自动预警机构。其中，以垂直举升机构以及自动预警机构为重点。在垂直举升机构设计中，着重介绍了设计要求、参数以及气缸的选择等问题。在自动预警机构中，着重介绍了弹簧相关参数的确定以及校核，两处轴承的选择以及相关校核。工作时，由涂料进给机构在人工的作用下把涂料运送到垂直举升机构上，在气缸的作用下，涂料会被运送到指定工作高度。涂料即将被消耗完毕时，在预警机构的作用下，由垂直举升机构将涂料桶运送到水平位置，经涂料进给机构运送出来，重新装填涂料继续工作。 重点是在各个机构均能独立的工作前提下，在一定的空间范围内，将涂料进给机构、垂直举升机构、自动预警机构以及其它必要的装置，如压力表、隔膜泵、传感器、各种挡板等在焊接涂料架内外合理分布。 关键词：涂料供应；垂直举升；自动预警 ABSTRACT Shock absorber is one of the important parts of automobile essential, this design is an important part of automatic production line of automobile shock absorber, namely the paint supply part is designed, in order to meet the automatic production and mass production requirements. Starting from the design requirements, according to the given design parameters, the scheme evaluation. Then according to the need, the paint supply system is subdivided into paint feed mechanism, a vertical lifting mechanism and an automatic early warning mechanism. Among them, the vertical lifting mechanism and the automatic early warning mechanism as the focus. In the design of vertical lifting mechanism, this paper introduces the design requirements, and the problems of choosing parameters of cylinder.
