中国建筑业全要素生产率的变迁：
1996～2005年实证分析

素生产率年度平均增长率为0．5％。表明建筑业增长方式正由粗放式向集约式转变；建筑业全要素生产率由技术
效率和技术进步共同推进，技术进步的贡献率稍大一些；技术效率增长率的波动表现出了较强的规律性，总体呈
先下降后上升的趋势，尤其是最近几年来显著增强，对其进行了解释；技术进步增长率波动同样表现出了较强的
规律性，总体呈先上升后下降的趋势，尤其最近几年来出现倒退，对其产生的原因进行探讨。最后，根据前文的
分析，有针对性地提出一些政策建议，希望有助于建筑业全要素生产率的持续健康增长。
