2 JOB DETAILS REQUIREMENTS
Job Summary
To provide an efficient Reception service to all guests, offering information and giving particular attention to all guest special requirements. Ensuring all check-ins and check-outs run smoothly and that all cashiering transactions are processed promptly and correctly both during the day and night. Also, offering a more personalized service with the same concepts mentioned earlier but on an Executive level.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
??Adhere to all Resort rules and regulations as per service standard policies and procedures, and follow all communications briefed by the Team Leader.
??Attend to duty timely and wearing the correct uniform, name badge and well groomed.
??Attend daily briefing conducted by the Team Leader at the beginning of the shift.
??Be able to handle all office, computer and other duty related equipment.
??Ensure that the reception is kept tidy and clean at all times whilst on duty.
??Ensure to update all registration cards and file it in the designated file.
??Ensure to pull out all departed registration cards according to the departure list.
??During night shift assist Team Leader in carrying out PMS night audit and prepare and review all reports including daily operational results to be forwarded to management.
??Hand over accurate information to next shift.
