Labor Safety Education before Construction1.Unsafe factor which may happen during the constructionMachines damage, crush injury, scratch, extrusion, electric shock, wild animal bite, etc2.precautionary measures2.1 No one should stand in the range of turning radius while the excavator is operating in case of damage.2.2 No one should stand in the range of turning radius while the crane is lifting in case of crush and falling objects.2.3 Specially-assigned person should conduct the lifting and excavation works.Working area must be surrounded in case of breaking-in. 2.4 Using the tools in right ways in case of accidentally injury. Being carefully when working in populated places2.5 Wearing gloves when using sharp tools in case of crash injury.2.6 Following the relative safety rules about steel-bar machines in case of damage.2.7.No one can operate the distribution box or any other electric equipment except electrician in case of electric shock. 2.8.Any dangerous goods such as flammable, combustible and toxicant can not be carried to the vessels.2.9 The equipment and emergency button should not be moved/touched without permission. 2.10 No horseplay is allowed near the side of the vessels in case of dropping.Staffs should not assembled at the same side when taking small vessels or speed boats. 2.11 Smoking is forbidden on the vessels docks or cabins. Staffs can only smoke in smoking areas.Staffs must extinguish butt before throwing to the ashtray.Butt should not be thrown into the trash can.2.12 Staffs must wearing life jackets while working on water or taking speed boats.2.13 Staffs should not provoke wild animals such as pye-dog and viper.3. Safety and Environmental regulations3.1 Protection articles must be worn when accessing to the construction area, Otherwise,no one can get in.3.2 Staff who doesn’t wear safety helmet should be expelled and be punished for 100Tk. each time.The expelled staffs can access to the construction area again after taking safety education les
