本科毕业设计说明书 电气系统加载实验室的系统设计 ELECTRICAL SYSTEM LOAD LABORATORY SYSTEM 学院（部）： 专业班级： 学生姓名： 指导教师： 电气系统加载实验室的系统设计 摘要 本文介绍了一套基于PLC组态软件的电机智能试验系统的原理、组成和设计过程。通过采用工控机为上位机，PLC为位机，实现自动控制。该系统使用了组态王软件和PLC智能化控制体系，能够完成电机一般性能项目的检验，而且该系统具有良好的人机界面，操作方便、结构简单，有效地提高电机试验的自动化程度，使测试数据更加客观精确，有利于更好的检测电机的性能。This article describes a set of Principle, Composition and Design process of Motor Intelligent Test System based on PLC and Configuration software. Achieving automatic control by using industrial personal computer as the upper computer and PLC as the lower computer. The system uses Configuration software and Siemens PLC intelligent control system. It can complete the test of General performance of the project to motor .And this system have good human-computer interface with convenience operation, simple structure and Effectively improving the automation of electrical testing . Previously, the test of motor in our country uses artificial single control generally, not Intelligent with poor Timeliness and also large error. It is difficult to meet the test requirements. In recent years, the Intelligent detection on motor has great development in China, including detection equipment and detection technology. Various detection sensors, testing equipment has more available and performance of them is also more stable. It provides favorable conditions for developing of motor detection system. However, as soon as the practical application of electrical detection system, it has existed some shortages, like lower degree of automation, worse system reliability, poor Security and so on. This article describes one high voltage motor test system with intelligent auto-test function. It can reflect the performance and quality of motor by measuring data. So draw up this design on base of Full research and combining with the demand for product quality inspection at the same time.
