·134 · 价值工程 黑龙江省休闲农业发展战略研究 Study on Leisure Agriculture Development Strategy of Heilongjiang Province 李丽萍 LI Li-ping ；巩艳芬 GONG Yan-fen ；杨东红 YANG Dong-hong （东北石油大学，大庆163318） （Northeast Petroleum University ，Daqing 163318 ，China） 摘要： 本文在分析黑龙江休闲农业发展现状的基础上，从优势、劣势、机会、威胁对黑龙江省休闲农业的发展进行了剖析，目的是 从战略的角度明确黑龙江省休闲农业发展的思想、原则、重点。最后，从制定休闲农业发展规划、优化发展环境、拓宽融资渠道、进行产 业化经营方面阐述了黑龙江省休闲农业发展的配套措施。 Abstract: This article analyzed the development of leisure agriculture in Heilongjiang from strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats, on the basis of analysis of the development status of leisure agriculture in Heilongjiang province. The purpose is to clear the idea, principles and key of leisure agriculture development in Heilongjiang province from the strategic perspective.
