( ) • 423 • 中华中医药杂志 原中国医药学报 2011年3月第26 卷第 3 期 CJTCMP , March 2011, Vol . 26, No.3 ·述评· 基于蛋白质作用靶点筛选的中药新药研究评析 郭 宏 （广东省第二中医院，广州 510095） 摘要：蛋白质组学的诞生与发展，为研究蛋白质表达和功能变化提供了强有力的技术支持，使人们可以从 整体、系统的角度了解药物在蛋白质水平上对机体的作用，为中药新药的研究开发带来了前所未有的机遇。随着 我国中药现代化和国际化进程的加快，已有许多研究者开始借助蛋白质组学技术发现中药的作用靶点、分析中药 的有效部位或有效成分，取得了一定的研究成果，为中药新药的开发奠定了基础。然而现有中药蛋白质组研究工 作还存在某些方面的不足，不仅所使用技术的鉴定分析能力未达到最佳，而且缺乏深入的数据分析与进一步的验 证，此外还缺乏对方剂作用下蛋白质组变化的时序研究。对当前中药蛋白质组研究的了解和评价有利于今后更好 地开展中药新药研究工作。 关键词：蛋白质组学；中药新药；药物靶点；差异蛋白点；双向电泳 Research progress in protein targets-based screening of new drugs of TCM GUO Hong ( Guangdong Second Provincial TCM Hospital, Guangzhou 510095, China ) Abstract: The birth and development of proteomics providing strong technical support for the study of changes in protein expression and function, which facilitate us to understanding the effect of drug at the protein level from a whole and systematic perspective and bring about an unprecedented opportunity for research and exploit new drugs of TCM. With speed up of the process of TCM moderniza- tion and internationalization in our country, many researchers have begun to identify targets of TCM by use of proteomics techniques, and analyze the active ingredients or effective part of TCM, and acquired some research achievement. All of this makes a foundation for the development of new drugs of TCM.
