我国安全工程专业发展现状及前景展望摘　　要安全工程专业的高等教育是我国培养安全工程专业高级人才的重要途径，也是确保安全科学与技术能够蓬勃发展的重要基础。如何培养能适应现代科学技术进步、满足社会发展需要的安全科学专门人才,是安全工程高等教育发展所必须考虑的问题。论文在回顾安全工程专业建立和发展过程的基础上, 统计了当前全国高校安全工程本科专业的数量、规模及发展趋势，列举了我国部分高校安全工程专业的发展历程，并对其专业特点进行了分析；同时通过国内外对比，对我国安全工程专业的人才培养、高等院校教学方案及课程设置、毕业生就业等方面的现状进行了分析。通过分析发现我国的安全工程专业高等教育还存在着很多问题。例如我国安全工程专业人才市场发展不平衡；培养方案的实施及课程设置还存在着诸多困难和问题，受到许多方面的制约；我国安全工程专业人才的就业前景可观，但就业质量还不能盲目乐观。为适应安全市场人才的需求，高校安全工程专业人才的培养模式和安全学科自身还需要不断完善；国家职能部门应该对高校安全工程专业的办学加以扶植、引导和规划，并加大学科建设经费的投入。关键词：　高等教育；　安全工程专业；　人才培养；　教学方案；　课程设置 AbstractThe higher education of safety engineering discipline is the main route for training safety professionals and the important foundation to ensure rapid development of safety science and technology. It should be considered in the development of the higher education of safety engineering discipline that how to make students in safety engineering discipline adapt to modern science and technology and satisfy the demand of social development.In this paper, after reviewing the building and developing courses of safety engineering discipline, current situations of the number, scale and developing trend of safety engineering discipline at colleges in our country are searched and analyzed in details. And the developing courses of safety engineering discipline in part of universities are specified and their profession characteristics are analyzed. At the same time, by comparing our country with foreign countries, the present condition of professional training, teaching programs and courses setting of universities, and employment of graduates are analyzed. There are still many problems existing in the higher education of safety engineering discipline in our country. For example, the development of safety engineering personnel market is imbalance; the implementation of training programs and courses setting is restricted by many aspects; and though the employment prospects of this discipline is considerable, the quality of employment can not be blindly optimistic.
