学号 1402062130 毕业设计（论文） 作 者 陈 丹 届 别 2006届 系 别 体育系 专 业 体育教育 指导教师 赵立军 职 称 副 教 授 完成时间 2006年5月30日 摘 要 纵观我国足球的发展道路，可以发现其中一个很重要的落后原因就是足球意识较差。比赛中队员失误了，往往都归于技术不成熟。其实不然，深入分析一下，就会发现不是由于这一队员的技术动作没有完成，而是这一队员的意识在当时的思想反应错误所造成的。 现代足球比赛具有速度快、对抗性加剧、日趋全面的发展特征。作为一名优秀的足球运动员,要在激烈对抗的比赛中发挥最佳的技战术水平，就应该有很好的技战术意识。大学生足球运动员的训练是运动员向高水平发展的起点，这个时期要处理好队员的运动能力与其它潜在能力的关系。当然通过战术训练达到培养意识的目的是极必要的，但是仅仅通过这一渠道是不够的，必须经过多方面的训练和培养来完成。 目前我国大学生足球意识差是普遍现象。所以，加强大学生足球意识的培养尤为重要。 关键词：大学生；足球意识；培养；训练 ABSTRACT Throughout the soccer development in our country, a very important lagged reason is the poor soccer awareness. In the Competition, the athletes errors are often attributed to the immature technique. In fact, it will be found that it is not because the athletes technical movements can not been completed, but the athletes awareness at that moment is wrong. The modern soccer competition has the development characteristics of the more quick speed, the more intensified antagonism, the more comprehensive development day by day. As an outstanding university soccer athlete, one should have good technique and tactics awareness, in order to reach the best technique and tactics level in the intense resistance competition. The youth university soccer athletes training is the beginning for the athlete to the high level development. During this time, the university soccer athletes need to deal with the relations between the athletics ability and other potential abilities well. Certainly it is extremely essential to cultivate the soccer awareness through the tactical training. However, it is not enough merely by this channel, and it must be achieved by the various training and cultivation. At present, Chinas university students have poor technique awareness in general.
