红外遥控论文：红外遥控检测系统 【中文摘要】红外遥控检测系统主要应用于红外遥控器检测和机顶盒的配套性的检测,判断红外遥控器能否输出正确的红外码以实现对相应设备的遥控控制。论文叙述了一种比较通用、兼容和具有良好人机界面的红外遥控检测系统的开发过程。首先设计下位机的硬件电路和程序实现对红外码的接收,然后通过串口电路将接收到的红外码传送给上位机。上位机根据接收的红外码编写算法进行解码,通过友好的人机交互图形界面将接收到的红外码与已有正确编码进行比较,实现对红外遥控器的检测。并且可通过模拟红外信号完成对遥控器和机顶盒配套性能的检测。具体来说,就是通过分析各种红外遥控器的编码方式、码型结构、单片机应用、单片机串口数据通信,完成对整个系统的设计研制。经过实验调试,该系统已经能对部分红外遥控器进行很好的解码、比较。从而为红外遥控器生产线提供一种新型的红外遥控检测系统。 【英文摘要】The detecting system of infrared remote control is mainly used to test the function of controller and the corresponding between the controller and Set-top box. It can check whether the controller can output normal code to control its corresponding equipment.This paper describes the design process of a detecting system of infrared remote control which has better capability such as universal,compatible and good man-machine conversation interface. First of all, the hardware circuit and software of Micro Control Unit (MCU) to realize incepting of infrared code according to various data are designed. And the infrared code to the host computer via USB serial port is transmitted. Next,host computer decode the received infrared code using some related algorithm. Finally it realizes the detection through comparing the received infrared remote controller button codes with the existing correct code using good man梞achine conversation interface. Besides, it can realize the corresponding between the controller and Set-top box through simulating infrared remote signal. Specifically, the design of the whole system was finished based on the analysis of coding method,the structure of code type,single-chip applications and single-chip serial data communications.Experiments show the system works well. It can realize the decoding and detection in parts of Infrared remote Controller.
