These temperatures have to reach at least 121 °C minimum for 20 min. 在杀菌（SIP）期间，温度以及流体的流量由PCS控制。杀菌温度必须达到至少121 °C并且保持20分钟。 At the end of the sterilization process it is necessary to reset the step sequence with the blue button on the PCS (end phase). 在杀菌过程完成的时候，有必要使用蓝色按钮重置步骤， Production preparation 生产准备 The preparation of production includes the following: 生产准备包括如下步骤： - Take out the rinser CIP caps (manually) 取下冲瓶机CIP洗杯（人工） - Take out the filler CIP caps 取下灌注机CIP洗杯 - Preparation of PAA PAA准备 - Disinfection of the filler Bloc 无菌空间消毒 - Fill up the filler with sterile product from Tetra-Pak 用Tetra-Pak系统提供的无菌产品充满注入机（环缸） MMA - Programs - Program selection general, U01 Production - Product preparation - Start An outside alkaline cleaning (COP) will start. 外部碱清洗（COP）将开始 After the COP is finished it is necessary to remove the CIP caps of the rinser.
