Abstract: The problem of m agn ifying effect is optmi ized by adopting the largescale naphtha arom atics extraction
plant in frontend extraction process for optmi izing crack ing feedstock. The basic theory of extraction d istillation process is
applied to analyze the largescale naphtha arom atics extraction process. The results show that the optmi um reflux ratio and
solvent ratio are requ ired to assure 331 M t/ a capacity of arom atics extraction p lant run long tmi e and full operation
load. At the sam e tmi e, the intensifying design largescale tray and tow er replace general equipm ent to show scale effect,
