Abstract: T he original billet ositional control , 4 CPU 944 S5150U
system is modified, CPU 924~ 927 on the main PLC , 1# ~ 4# .
are re laced by single CPU945 of S5115U , and the 5 PLC ,
four ieces of digital osition encoder IP24 1 are 4 CPU 944 S5
moved to the main frame, the original frame is can 150U PLC. 1 .
celled; the initialization and the synchronization of
IP241 are carried out w ith tw o standard function
blocks FB156 FB157. HDB betw een CPU CP,
and the billet ositional rogram are modified. T he
roblem about system com atibility and u grading
of erformance is better solved.
