Quantum Training Control Setup Press this button to gain access to the Setup display for the Capacity Control. Quantum Training Press this button to access the Suction Pressure Control Mode1 Screen Quantum Training Suction Pressure Control Mode 1 This is the screen where the set points are added for the desired suction pressure capacity control, low suction pressure alarm and shutdown. Quantum Training Suction Pressure Control Mode 1 Press the button next to the change setpoints block to start the cursor for this screen. When you enter a value a “pop up” display will ask if the value is in Hg or inches of mercury or if the value should be Psig. Chose the value you desire by pressing the appropriate button. Motor Control Setup The information in this area is taken from the motor nameplate, except for the CT Factor Motor Control Setup The information in the CT Factor box is the same as the Primary Amperage of the CT. Example: 600:5 Primary Amperage = 600 Secondary Amperage = 5 Motor Control Setup Recycle Delay Minimum Setpoint 20 minutes Current Value = Amount of time the motor must run or sit idle until it can be restarted. Motor Control Setup If the motor needs to be re-started before the time elapses, press the button next to Clear Remaining Delay Motor Control Setup If the motor needs to be re-started before the time elapses, press the button next to Clear Remaining Delay This will cause the timer in the Current Value display to reset to 00:00, and allow the motor to be restarted Motor Control Setup MOTOR AMPERAGE SETPOINTS Stop Load should be set @100% of motor full load amps. Example: Motor FLA = 435 Stop Load = 435 Motor Control Setup MOTOR AMPERAGE SETPOINTS Force Unload should be set @ 105% of Full Load Amps or 1.05 X Full Load Amps 1.05 X 435 = 456.75 round to 457 Motor Control Setup MOTOR AMPERAGE SETPOINTS Alarm should be set @ 115% of Full Load Amps or 1.15 X Full Load Amps 1. 15 X 435 = 500.25 round to 500 *
