框架木箱论文：框架木箱 CAD 参数化设计 网络服务 客户端 【中文摘要】框架木箱在大型产品包装件中使用广泛,其结构设计是影响框架木箱使用的关键问题。由于框架木箱种类繁多,设计时需要查阅大量手册和标准,且计算过程复杂繁琐,导致设计效率较低,正确性也难以保证。开发参数化CAD系统,可提高框架木箱设计的专业化和标准化,然而传统的参数化CAD系统仅限于本地主机,导致应用范围狭小,影响了使用价值。利用网络化实现技术,建立基于Web服务的框架木箱参数化CAD系统,是解决上述问题的有效途径。本文利用Visual Basic语言,在Solidworks软件平台上通过二次开发实现了框架木箱的参数化设计,解决了建立参数化CAD系统的关键技术；在此基础上,利用PHP语言,并结合MySQL数据库,开展基于Web服务的框架木箱参数化CAD系统开发研究,提出并解决了网络化实现的整体结构框架及关键技术。本文主要工作与结论如下：(1)讨论了SolidWorks二次开发方法,利用Visual Basic语言,并结合SolidWorks API应用接口,编程建立了框架木箱的参数化CAD系统。(2)提出了基于Web服务的框架木箱参数化CAD系统总体开发框架,解决了系统接口、数据存储与访问、事务处理、可执行文件调用等关键技术,实现了框架木箱参数化CAD系统的网络化服务。(3)本文建立的基于Web服务的框架木箱参数化CAD系统,能够实现用户对框架木箱的查询浏览、在线生成、木箱下载等功能,用户只需访问网站,查询所需框架木箱种类,输入木箱基本参数,即可在线生成符合要求的木箱模型,并可进行二维、三维浏览及下载,实现了框架木箱设计共享化、快捷化。 【英文摘要】The framed wooden box is widely used in packaging, of which the structural design is a key factor for the successful application. During the design process, lots of handbooks and standards need to be referred to and the parameters calculation is quite complicated, resulting in the low efficiency and difficulty to ensure accuracy. Developing the parametric CAD system for the framed wooden box can improve the specialization and standardization of the design process. However, the traditional parametric CAD system always runs on the local host computer, which greatly limits its application. One of the available approaches is to establish the parametric CAD system for the framed wooden box aiming to Web service. In the thesis, the parametric design system for the framed wooden box was developed based on Solidworks by Visual Basic. Furthermore, the application of Web service on the parametric CAD system for the framed wooden box was presented combining PHP and MySQL. The main contents and conclusions are as follows:(1) The secondary development technology of Solidworks was discussed.
