精品论文 参考文献 9种量表测定中年初发脑卒中患者中的临床应用 1，2，4大庆市第五医院；3大庆油田总院集团龙北社区 摘要：目的 采用9种量表对中年初发脑卒中患者进行评价，分析脑卒中发病人群特征，为临床进一步治疗提供科学依据。方法 112例中年脑卒中患者采用9种量表评分，分析不同人群特征的评分情况。结果 112名患者Brunnstrom偏瘫运动功能评价Ⅱ级手部62例，上肢79例，下肢72例；其中男性患者的MMSE评分明显高于女性，差异有统计学意义Plt;0.05；A型行为问卷、D型人格量表、乐观量表、日常生活能力量表（ADL）、Hamilton汉密尔抑郁和顿焦虑量表、脑卒中专门化生活质量表（SS－QOL）7种量表在不同学历、婚姻状况和人均月收入人群中评分比较，差异有统计学意义Plt;0.05；且高中及以上学历患者MMSE量表评分都明显高于高中以下学历患者，差异有统计学意义Plt;0.05。结论 中年脑卒患者的性别、学历、婚姻状况和人均月收入水平对患者均有不同程度的影响，在治疗过程中应该充分考虑。 关键词：中年；脑卒中；临床应用 Abstract：Objective The 9 kinds of scale to evaluate Middle-aged patients with cerebral apoplexy，the analysis of characteristics of stroke onset group，which will provide a scientific basis for clinical treatment.Methods 112 cases of middle-aged patients with cerebral apoplexy To use the 9 kinds of scale score of analyzing the characteristic of the different groups.Results 112 out patients with hemiplegia motor function evaluation grade Ⅱ hand 62 cases，79 cases of upper limb，72 cases of lower limb；The MMSE score of male patients was obviously higher than that of women，the difference was statistically significant P lt; 0.05；Type A behavior questionnaire，type D personality scale，optimism scale，daily life ability scale（ADL），Hamilton，Hamiltons depression and anxiety scale，specialized quality of life table stroke（SS - QOL）7 kinds of scales in different degree，marital status，and per capita income crowd score comparison，difference was statistically significant（P lt; 0.05；And patients with high school or above MMSE scale scores were significantly higher than that of patients with high school diploma，difference was statistically significant（P lt; 0.05.Conclusion Middle-aged brain death of the patients gender，education，marital status and level of per capita income of patients have different degrees of influence，in the process of treatment should be fully considered.
