精品论文 参考文献 布地奈德雾化吸入联合孟鲁司特钠咀嚼片治疗支原体感染致慢性咳嗽疗效 [摘 要]目的：探究布地奈德雾化吸入联合孟鲁司特钠咀嚼片治疗支原体感染致慢性咳嗽的临床效果。方法：选择我院2013年10月--2014年9月期间所收治的支原体感染致慢性咳嗽患者共68例，依据入院先后顺序分为实验组与参照组，各43例。参照组患者给予布地奈德雾化吸入治疗，实验组患者在此基础上加用孟鲁司特钠咀嚼片治疗。结果：实验组患儿的治疗总有效率为91.18%，高于参照组的73.53%，咳嗽症状评分的改善程度优于参照组，两组患者的治疗结果存在显著性差异。结论：布地奈德雾化吸入联合孟鲁司特钠咀嚼片治疗支原体感染致慢性咳嗽效果显著，可以快速、有效改善患者的咳嗽症状，值得推广及应用。 [关键词]布地奈德 雾化吸入 孟鲁司特钠 支原体感染 慢性咳嗽 DOI:10.3760/cma.j.issn.0376-2491.2016.04.007 作者单位：韩金芬，453003，河南新乡，新乡医学院第三附属医院儿科；海广范，韩金红，453003，河南新乡，新乡医学院。 The Effect of Budesonide Aerosol Inhalation Combined with Montelukast Chewable Sodium in the Treatment of Chronic Cough Caused by Mycoplasma Infection Han Jinfen, Hai Guangfan, Han Jinhong Abstract: Objective To explore the effect of budesonide aerosol inhalation combined with montelukast chewable sodium in the treatment of chronic cough caused by mycoplasma infection. Methods A total case of 86 patients with chronic cough caused by mycoplasma infection from July 2013 to June 2014 were selected and divided into the experimental group and the control group, each with 43 cases. The control group patients were treated with budesonide aerosol inhalation, and the experimental group patients were treated with montelukast sodium on the base of budesonide aerosol inhalation. Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 91.18%, higher than that of the control group; the improvement scores of patientsrsquo; cough symptom in the experimental group was better than the control group, and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant. Conclusion The effect of budesonide aerosol inhalation combined with montelukast chewable sodium in the treatment of chronic cough caused by mycoplasma infection was effective, which can quickly and effectively improve patients symptoms of cough, and is worthy of popularization and application.
