2014届毕业设计（论文） 题目：工程招投标与索赔管理 专 业： 交通土建工程 助学站点：湖南高速铁路职业技术学院 考 籍 号： 911012200322 姓 名： 陶 攀 指导教师： 魏秀瑛 工程招投标与索赔管理 摘要 建设工程招投标管理是市场的一个重要环节，这项工作开展的顺利与否，在很大程度上制约建筑市场能否有序发展。目前招投标已成为我国建设工程市场的一种主要交易方式,由于我国市场经济体制不健全等因素,招投标市场中尚存在许多不规范的做法,严重影响了招投标作用的发挥,对我国的建设工程招投标管理研究有着理论与现实的双重意义。本文即基于此对建设工程招投标的管理做了一些有益的探讨,系统地分析研究了国内建设工程招投标的理论和实践问题。为实现本文的研究目的,主要对以下几个方面进行了研究:首先阐述招标投标的基本概念和特点,通过我国建设工程招投标现状的分析,寻找工程建设招投标中存在的问题,随着经济的高速发展，各类工程的建设的数目开始大幅度增加，工程索赔案件的数量也在同比增加。所谓工程索赔是指工程施工单位为了维护本身的合法经济权益，在工程量清单报价以后所采取的求取合法权益的一种减少损失的方式。目前，针对工程索赔的研究虽然数目繁多，但是都缺乏系统的分析。本文就是针对这类研究的不足，系统的从索赔的原因、作用、索赔证据及索赔管理几个方面做了深入的探析，希望可以为以后的工程索赔提供一定的理论基础Bidding for construction project management is an important part of the market, the work carried out smoothly or not, to a large extent restricted the construction market orderly development.
