智慧旅游与区域旅游创新发展模式构建_以秦皇岛为例_翁钢民 城市发展研究21 卷 2014 年第5 期·中彩页35· 智慧旅游与区域旅游创新发展模式构建 ——以秦皇岛为例 Smart Tourism and the Innovative Mode Establishment of Regional Tourism Development in Qinhuangdao 翁钢民1,2 \WENG Gangmin，李维锦1 \LI Weiji （1. 燕山大学经济管理学院，河北秦皇岛，066004；2. 燕山大学文法学院，河北秦皇岛，066004） 【摘　要】随着新一代信息技术的迅速发展，发展智慧旅游，构建旅游云平台，运用物联网、云计算、3G 移动通信等新兴信息技 术实现对传统旅游产业的优化与升级，提高旅游服务的质量与效率，实现区域旅游业的可持续发展和创新发展具有重要的战略意义。 从智慧旅游提出发展新理念、创新旅游资源的整合与应用、促进旅游产业转型升级等三方面，建立了智慧旅游与区域旅游创新发 展的理论框架，并以其他国家智慧旅游建设为例，归纳总结了智慧旅游促进旅游业创新发展的实践经验。根据理论分析与实践总结， 构思了秦皇岛发展智慧旅游的基本架构，期望通过智慧旅游的发展，提高秦皇岛城市旅游的影响力与区域旅游整体竞争力。 【关键词】 智慧旅游；区域旅游；秦皇岛 【中图分类号】F59 【文献标识码】A 【Abstract】With the rapid development of the new generation of information technology, the development of smart tourism, the construction of cloud platform for tourism, and the emerging information technologies such as web of things, cloud computing, 3g mobile communication have important strategic significance to realize the optimization of the traditional tourism industry, improve the tourism service’s quality and efficiency, and to realize the sustainable development and the innovation of regional tourism industry. From three aspects: putting forward new idea based on the smart tourism development, promoting innovation for the integration and application of tourism resources, promoting transformation and upgrading of the tourism industry, the smart tourism theoretical framework and the innovation of regional tourism development are established. And to other countries as an example, summarize the smart tourism experience to promote the development of tourism industry innovation. Finally, according to the theory analysis and practice summary, conceived of the basic structure of Qinhuangdao smart tourism development.
