Doctor-patient violence broke out like a blowout type Since 1990 s, the doctor-patient relationship has changed violently. Medical disputes increase significantly. The doctors practice environment continues to worsen. Especially in the last ten years, doctor-patient violence broke out like a blowout type, and intensified. Doctors generally feel in practice their personal safety and personality dignity cannot be guaranteed. In China the doctor became a high-risk profession. In August 2010, the world famous medical journal the lancet published articles, “the Chinese doctor: under the threat of survival”. The article says: China doctors often are scary victims of violence. The hospital has become the battlefield. So in China a doctor is engaged in a dangerous job. On the other hand, most of the patients see a doctor difficultly and expensively. The discontent mood of patients for society spread to the hospital. The hospital has become the vent port of the public and patients’ dissatisfaction. Part of the reason is the peoples psychological disorders of somatic disease state and hospital lack of self protection ability. 2. Medical industries’ the points of view about the doctor-patient relationship The Chinese medical doctor association issued the fourth survey report of physician practice condition. The results showed that 48.51% of those polled physicians to current practice environment are not satisfied. 82.64% of the surveyed doctors think, at present the doctor-patient relationship tension is mainly caused by the system including hospital management system, compensation mechanism, medical security system, laws and regulations, etc factors.
