精品论文 参考文献 1000例献血者献血前健康检查结果的分析 杨胜文 　　（四川遂宁市中心血站 四川 遂宁 629000） 　　【摘要】 目的：对1000例献血者献血前健康检查结果给予探讨。方法：随机对本站献血屋2014年6月至12月1000例献血者献血前健康检查结果给予分析。结果：自愿无偿献血者为850例，家庭互助献血或替代献血者为150例，其中首次献血者250例，再次或多次献血者750例，且首次献血人群的合格率30%（228/760）为明显低于再次献血人群的60%（144/240），差异显著，具有统计学意义（Plt;0.05），献血前淘汰率为16%（160/1000）。结论：在献血前，对所有献血者给予健康检查，可以及时了解献血者的健康状态，发现相关疾病及潜在危险，保障献血者的身体健康，选择健康安全的献血者献血，确保血液质量和受血者的安全，有助于提高血液质量。 　　【关键词】 献血者；健康检查；献血质量；献血者招募 　　【中图分类号】R446 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】2095-1752（2015）18-0360-02 　　The analysis of health examination results of 1000 cases of blood donors before donation 　　Yang Shengwen 　　Sichuan Suining blood center Sichuan Suining 629000 　　【Abstract】 Objective To study the health examination results of 1000 donors before blood donation.Methods The health examination results of 1000 donors who donate blood from June to December 2014 were analyzed.Results Voluntary, unpaid blood donors for 850 cases, family mutual blood donation or replacement donations are for 150 cases, the first-time blood donors in 250 cases, 750 cases of again or repeated blood donors, and for the first time in blood donors in the passing rate of 30% (228/760) was significantly lower than 60% of 144/240 again in blood donors in, significant difference has statistical significance (P lt; 0.05), blood before the elimination rate was 16% (160/1000).?Conclusion In the blood before, on all blood donors give health examination can keep abreast of blood donors health status, disease and potentially dangerous, to keep the donors health, choose the safety and health of blood donors blood donation, to ensure the blood quality and blood of security, which is helpful to improve the quality of blood. 　　【Keywords】Blood donors;Health examination; Blood donation quality;Blood donor recuitment 　　献血者的健康状况对血液质量及献血者的教育动员和保留等，保证血源充足具有直接影响，为了及时了解献血者的健康状况，积极开展献血前献血者宣传教育和献血者健康咨询服务，确保血液质量安全和血源的及时补充，保证充足的血液供应。在本次研究中，随机对本站献血屋2014年6月至12月1000例献血者献血前所有献血者给予健康检查，对健康检查结果给予分析，现将报告如下。 　　1.资料与方法 　　1
