精品论文 参考文献 66例临床免疫检验的质量控制评价分析 黑龙江省铁力市人民医院 黑龙江铁力 152500 摘要：目的：研究并分析临床免疫检验的质量控制方式与成效。方法：将2015年1月到2015年8月在我院入院治疗的66例患者纳入本研究，随机抽取66份免疫检验血样，按照随机分组方式将66份标本分为质量控制组（n=33）与对照组（n=33），质量控制组在常规检验基础上应用系统的质量控制措施，对比两组指标变异指数。结果：质量控制组Ca125、Ca199、CEA、C-肽、AFP几个指标变异指数显著低于对照组，上述数据组间比较差异显著（p＜0.05），差异有统计学意义。结论：对于免疫检验工作，采用系统、全面的质量控制措施可以有效降低免疫检验指标的变异指数，提升检验质量，该种管控方式值得在临床中推广和使用。 关键词：临床免疫检验；质量控制措施；分析 [Abstract] Objective：To study and analyze the quality control methods and effects of clinical immunology test. Methods：2015 January to 66 patients treated in our hospital admitted in August 2015 were included in this study and randomly selected 66 immune blood tests，according to randomly will 66 specimens points for quality control group（n = 33）and control group（n = 33），quality control group used in the routine inspection of the foundation system of quality control measures，compared with two groups of indicators index of variation. Results：the quality control group Ca125，Ca199，CEA，C- peptide，AFP index of the variation index was significantly lower than the control group，the difference between the data group was significant（P lt; 0.05），the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion：for immune inspection work，the systematic and comprehensive quality control measures can effectively reduce the variability index of immune indices of inspection and to enhance the quality of the test and the control mode is worth in clinical promotion and use. [Key words] clinical immune test；quality control measures；analysis 免疫学检验时临床中诊断与治疗疾病的重要标准，免疫学检验结果的准确性对于临床治疗效果有着重要的影响，为此，必须要采取合理的措施提升临床免疫检验质量。近年来，我院对于检验标本采用了合理的质量控制措施，有效保障了检验质量，现将管理措施总结如下。 1 资料与方法 1.1 一般资料 将2015年1月到2015年8月在我院入院治疗的66例患者纳入本研究，随机抽取66份免疫检验血样，按照随机分组方式将66份标本分为质量控制组（n=33）与对照组（n=33），在标本类型上，Ca125、Ca199、CEA、C-肽、AFP分别为9、8、27、11、11，两组标本在类型、采集时间等方面来说比较无显著差异（P＞0.05），具有可比性，不会影响实验结果。 1.2 检验措施 对于两组标本，检验方法均采用电化学发光法，严格遵照仪器说明进行检验，对照组采用常规检验法，质量控制组在此基础上采用全面质量控制措施，具体操作方式如下所示
