精品论文 参考文献 一次性根管治疗慢性根尖周炎疗效研究 刘燕（成都市龙泉驿区第一人民医院口腔科 610100） 　　【摘要】目的：对一次性根管在慢性根尖周炎中的治疗效果进行调查。方法：选择我院2012 年2 月-2014 年2 月间64 例慢性根尖周炎患者，将所有患者分为两组，两组患者分别进行一次性根管治疗和常规根管治疗，比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果：实验组患者治疗后第一天，疼痛评级为Ⅰ级6 例，Ⅱ级的8 例，疼痛改善率为43.8%；对照组患者治疗后第一天，疼痛评级为Ⅰ级0 例，Ⅱ级的5 例，疼痛改善率为15.6%，两组比较具有差异，P＜0.05。实验组患者治疗后第七天疼痛评级为Ⅰ级20 例，Ⅱ级的10 例，疼痛改善率为93.8%；对照组患者治疗后第七天，疼痛评级为Ⅰ级8 例，Ⅱ级的13 例，疼痛改善率为65.6%，两组比较具有差异，P＜0.05。实验组患者治疗后一年的总有效率为93.8%，对照组患者治疗后一年的总有效率为96.9%，两组比较无明显差异，P＞0.05。结论：两种治疗方式均能够得到理想的治疗效果，但采用一次性根管进行治疗能够减轻患者的痛苦。 　　【关键词】一次性根管；慢性根尖周炎；常规根管【中图分类号】 R2 【文献标号】 A 【文章编号】 2095-7165（2015）11-0063-02Disposable root canal treatment of chronic apical periarthritis efficacy research【Abstract】Objective：For a one-time root canal in the treatment of chronic periarthritis of root investigation.Methods：Choose our hospital inFebruary 2012 - February 2014 between 64 cases of chronic apical periarthritis patients, all patients were divided into two groups, two groups of patients,respectively, for one-off root canal therapy and conventional root canal therapy, compare the treatment effect of two groups of patients.Results：The firstday of the experimental group after treatment in patients with pain rating for Ⅰ level 6 cases, Ⅱ magnitude 8 cases, pain in the effective rate was 43.8%;The first day of the control group after treatment in patients with pain rating for Ⅰ level 0 cases, Ⅱ level 5 cases, pain in the effective rate was 15.6%,compared with similar between the two groups, P lt; 0.05.
