精品论文 参考文献 乙酰螺旋霉素与口泰漱口液治疗牙龈出血的效果分析 哈尔滨市阿城区人民医院 黑龙江哈尔滨 150300 【摘 要】目的研究乙酰螺旋霉素联合口泰漱口液治疗牙龈出血的临床效果。方法选取我院2014年1月至12月收治90例牙龈出血患儿作为研究对象，并随机分为对照组和观察组各45例，对照组采用口泰漱口液进行治疗，观察组联合乙酰螺旋霉素和口泰漱口液进行治疗，比较两组用药疗效及治疗前后的SBI、GI及PLI情况。结果两组SBI、GI、PLI改善情况的差异比较具有统计学意义（P0.05）；观察组治愈成功率为100%，对照组治愈成功率为73.3%，两组比较具有统计学意义（P0.05）；提示联合用药，对牙龈出血患儿的治疗十分有效。结论乙酰螺旋霉素联合口泰漱口液治疗小儿牙龈出血，同时加强对用药的管理，其疗效十分显著，值得推广及应用。 【关键词】乙酰螺旋霉素；牙龈出血；口泰漱口液； Objective：To investigate Acetylspiramycin joint Koutai gargle clinical nursing effect of bleeding gums. Conclusion Acetylspiramycin joint Koutai mouthwash treatment of children with bleeding gums，while strengthening the administration of care，and its effect is very significant，worthy of promotion and application.
