精品论文 参考文献 乳腺癌术中冰冻诊断准确性的相关影响因素探析 湖南永州职业技术学院附属医院 425006 【摘 要】目的：研究探讨影响乳腺癌术中冰冻诊断准确性的因素。方法：选取我院2014年5月到2016年5月收治的105例乳腺癌患者作为研究对象，所有患者均在术中实施冰冻病理切片检查，并对其肿瘤组织学大小、分级进行判断，以术后石蜡病理切片诊断结果为依据，计算术中冰冻诊断不同肿瘤组织学大小、分级的准确率。结果：以术后石蜡病理诊断结果为依据，患者的病理组织经术中冰冻诊断后，肿物组织学大小、肿瘤病理分级的诊断准确率分别为84.76%、81.90%，其中，肿物组织学大小＞3cm患者的诊断准确率（93.75%）显著高于组织学大小le;3cm（80.82%）的患者，肿瘤分级为Ⅲ级（95.24%）的乳腺癌患者诊断准确率显著高于高于Ⅱ级患者（84.62%）高于Ⅰ级患者（75.86%）的情况，比较均有统计学差异（P＜0.05）。结论：乳腺癌术中冰冻诊断的准确性受到患者的肿物的组织学大小、肿瘤分级等的影响，诊断中需注意把握上述因素的影响程度，通过提高冰冻诊断的操作质量和诊断准确性，促进手术顺利进行。 【关键词】乳腺癌；术中冰冻诊断；准确性；病理因素 【 abstract 】 objective：to study the factors influencing the accuracy of the intraoperative frozen breast cancer diagnosis. Methods：from May 2014 to May 2014 treated 105 cases of breast cancer patients as the research object，all the patients were in intraoperative frozen pathological biopsy，and to determine the tumor size，histological classification，based on postoperative pathological diagnosis of paraffin wax，calculate the intraoperative frozen diagnosis different tumor size，histological classification accuracy. Results：based on postoperative paraffin pathology diagnosis，patients with pathological tissue after intraoperative frozen diagnosis，the diagnosis of neoplasm histology size，tumor pathology classification accuracy rate is 84.76%，81.90% respectively，among them，the size of neoplasm histology gt; 3 cm diagnostic accuracy（93.75%）were significantly higher in patients with histological size 3 cm or less（80.82%）patients，tumor classification of Ⅲ level（95.24%）of patients with breast cancer diagnosis accuracy is significantly higher than grade higher than Ⅱ patients（84.62%）than Ⅰ level（75.86%）patients，comparing were statistically significant（P lt; 0.05）. Conclusion：intraoperative frozen diagnostic accuracy of breast cancer by neoplasm in patients with histologic grading，tumor size，etc，the effect of diagnosis should be pay attention to grasp the degree of the influence of the above factors，through improve the quality of the operation of the frozen dia
