精品论文 参考文献 2型糖尿病并发症与中医辨证分型的关系 杨海燕 金艳蓉 杨红 李军 (昆明市中医医院内二科 650011) 【中图分类号】R245【文献标识码】B【文章编号】1672-5085（2011）38-0287-02 【摘要】目的 探讨中医辨证分型与2型糖尿病并发症的关系。方法 回顾分析我科2007-2010年就诊的125例2型糖尿病患者的临床资料，比较2型糖尿病不同中医证型的糖尿病微血管并发症、大血管并发症、急性并发症的发病率，探讨2型糖尿病并发症与中医辨证分型的关系。结果 2型糖尿病微血管并发症主要分布于肝肾阴虚型及湿热中阻型；大血管并发症主要分布于肝肾阴虚型、阴阳两虚型及湿热中阻型；急性并发症主要分布于肺胃燥热型及湿热中阻型。结论 2型糖尿病并发症在不同中医证型的分布有差异。 【关键词】2型糖尿病 并发症 中医辨证分型 The Relationship Between Type2 Diabetes Mellitus in Patients with Diabetic Complications and Traditional Chinese Medicine Syndrome Pattern Yang Haiyan, Jin Yanrong,Yang Hong,Li Jun, Department of No.2 Internal Medicine ,Kunming Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine (Postcode 650011) ABSTRACT Objective: To explore the relationship between the Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) syndrome pattern and type 2 diabetes mellitus (DM2) patients with diabetic complications.Methods: To Retrospective analysis the clinic data of 125 cases with DM2 hospitalized in our department from 2007 to 2010.To compare the incidence of capillary complication,great vessels complications and acute complications in different TCM syndrome patterns of DM2 patients. Results: DM2 patients with capillary complication commonly encountered in the gan-shen yin-deficiency and damp-heat pattern. DM2 patients with great vessels complications commonly encountered in the gan-shen yin-deficiency, yin-yang deficiency pattern and damp-heat pattern. DM2 patients with acute complications commonly encountered in the fei-wei yin-deficiency with exuberant heat pattern and damp-heat pattern;Conclusion: There was a difference in TCM syndrome patterns in DM2 patients with diabetic complications. KEY WORDS: type 2 diabetes mellitus, Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome pattern, diabetic complications 近20年来，我国糖尿病患病率急剧上升，其中90%为2型糖尿病[1]。2型糖尿病及相关并发症已成为糖尿病患者致残、致死的主要原因,目前现代医学尚缺乏有效治疗措施[2]。而中医中药在糖尿病及其并发症的预防和治疗中起着重要作用。为探讨中医辨证分型与糖尿病确诊年龄、病程及糖尿病并发症的关系,重新认识糖尿病并发症证情,掌握中医辨证分型特点,我们对125例具有并发症的2型糖尿病患者进行了回顾性分析，以期为临床辨证治疗提供依据，现报道如下： 1资料与方法
