精品论文 参考文献 2型糖尿病患者发生低血糖症58例临床分析 李新杰 石方方（亳州市人民医院内分泌科 236800） 【摘要】目的 探讨2型糖尿病患者发生低血糖的临床表现、发病因素及预防对策。方法 回顾性分析58例2型糖尿病患者低血糖症的临床资料。结果 低血糖的原因为：44例因降糖药物使用不当占75.8%，8例为运动时间较长占13.8%，6例未按时进食或进食过少占10.4%；56例经积极治疗痊愈，2例因合并乳酸性酸中毒死亡。结论 降糖药物使用不当，不正确的生活习惯是导致低血糖发生的常见原因；合理用药，个体化治疗，良好的生活习惯，增加糖尿病知识及定期监测血糖，能明显减少低血糖的发生。 【关键词】 2型糖尿病 低血糖症 临床分析 【中图分类号】R587.1 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】2095-1752（2013）28-0138-02 Clinical analysis of 58 cases of hypoglycemia in type 2 diabetic patients LI Xin-Jie, SHI Fang-Fang，（Bozhou Department of Endocrinology of Bozhou City Peoples Hospital Bozhou 236800，China） 【Abstract】 Objective To study clinical manifestations, the risk factors and preventive measures of hypoglycemia in type 2 diabetic patients. Methods The clinical data of 58 patients with type 2 diabetes hypoglycemia were retrospectively analyzed. Rusults 44 cases of hypoglycemia due to inappropriate use of hypoglycemic drugs，accounted for 75.8%，longer exercise time accounted for 13.8%， late to eat or eat too less accounted for 10.4%; 56 cases of all were cured,Two cases of death due to lactic acidosis. Conclusion The common reasons leading to hypoglycemia were related with the improper use of hypoglycemic drugs and the incorrect habits. Rational use of medicines, individualized treatment，good habits，increased in diabetes knowledge，and regular monitoring of blood glucose can significantly reduce the incidence of hypoglycemia. 【Key words】 Type 2 diabetes Hypoglycemia Clinical analysis 随着我国人民生活水平的提高，2型糖尿病的患病率逐年增加，我国20岁以上的成年人糖尿病患病率为9.7%，成人糖尿病患者总数达9240万人[1]，已成为世界上糖尿病第一大国。在糖尿病治疗过程中低血糖是常见的并发症,现将我院2007年5月至2011年8月在内分泌科住院治疗的2型糖尿病合并低血糖的58例临床资料报告如下。 1 资料与方法 1.1 一般资料 本组58例患者均为2型糖尿病，符合1999年WHO糖尿病的诊断标准[2]。其中：男 30例，女28例，年龄41-76岁，平均年龄（64plusmn;3.9）岁，其中60岁以上39例；病程1月-23年的糖尿病病史。低血糖发作时血糖在1.3-3.6mmol/l，平均血糖为（2.2plusmn;0.4）mmol/l。其中伴有冠心病30例，高血压25例，高脂血症32例，脑梗死7例，糖尿病肾病13例，糖尿病眼病11例，乳酸性酸中毒3例。单独使用胰岛素治疗的有21例，胰岛素联合二甲双胍或阿卡波糖或格列美脲有12例，单独使用
