精品论文 参考文献 500例脑出血患者术后ICU护理观察 曾玉梅 　　（西南医科大学附属医院重症医学科 四川泸州 646000） 　　【摘要】目的：探讨500例脑出血患者术后ICU护理观察。方法：将2013年12月～2015年8月收治的500例脑出血术后患者随机分为两组，观察组采用ICU病房监护护理的方法，对照组采用普通病房护理的方法，比较两组患者的生存率、并发症发生率。结果：观察组生存230例，死亡20例，生存率92%，对照组生存200例，死亡50例，生存率80%，差异有统计学意义(Plt;0.05)；观察组并发症总发生率为8％，对照组并发症总发生率20％，差异有统计学意义(Plt;0.05)。结论：ICU监护监护理能有效提高患者术后生存率，降低并发症，为患者生存质量提供保障，有积极的临床意义。 　　【关键词】脑出血术后；ICU护理；常规护理；疗效观察 　　【中图分类号】R473.74 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】1007-8231（2015）17-0011-02 　　【Abstract】Objective Discussing the ICU nursing of postoperative patients with cerebral hemorrhage and observe the effect. Method 500 postoperative patients with cerebral hemorrhage between December 2013 to August 2015 were assigned at random to one of two groups, the postoperative patients with cerebral hemorrhage in observation group had got the ICU nursing and the postoperative patients with cerebral hemorrhage in control group had got the normal nursing. And the comparing results of survival rate and complication rate between the two groups can be got and analyzed. Result In observation group, 230 postoperative patients with cerebral hemorrhage are surviving, 20 postoperative patients with cerebral hemorrhage are die, the survival rate is 92%. In control group, 200 postoperative patients with cerebral hemorrhage are surviving, 50 postoperative patients with cerebral hemorrhage are die, the survival rate is 80%. The difference was accord with the statistically significant (Plt;0.05). The complication rate in observation group is 8% and 20% in control group, the difference was accord with the statistically significant (Plt;0.05). Conclusion The ICU nursing of postoperative patients with cerebral hemorrhage can improve the survival rate and reduce the complication rate.
