西部农村小额信贷问题的研究 ????? 进入21世纪以来，我国的小额信贷得到了较快的发展。小额信贷最早是一些国际组织和非政府组织在我国扶贫或者农村发展项目中的实践，而农村小额信贷机构有效地为农村贫困人口提供小额贷款与其他金融产品,解决了农村金融的困境。虽然农村小额信贷发展和推广十几年，但由于我国农村产业结构的特殊形式和几千年农业发展中形成的特殊国情，导致我国的农村小额信贷的推广和实施遇到诸多的问题。因此，分析农村小额信贷现有存在的问题，探求解决其途径，有着十分重要的现实意义。 本文首先对农村小额信贷的基本概念进行综述，指出西部农村小额信贷的实施影响因素及其发展小额信贷的重要性。然后列出西部农村小额信贷现有的问题，相应地提出解决西部农村小额信贷发展的对策与建议，分别从国家政策方面、农村信用社产权改革及管理上等几个方面，对完善小额贷款激励约束机制进行探讨，以实现西部农村小额信贷可持续发展，从而推动我国整个农村经济发展。 关键词：西部；农村；小额信贷；研究 论文类型：应用型 Western?studies?of?rural?micro-credit ABSTRACT In?the?21st?century,?Chinas?micro-credit?has?been?rapid?development.?Microfinance?is?the?first?international?organizations?and?non-governmental?organizations?in?Chinas?poverty?reduction?or?rural?development?projects?in?the?practice,?and?rural?micro-credit?institutions?for?the?rural?poor?to?effectively?provide?small?loans?and?other?financial?products?to?address?the?plight?of?rural?finance?.?Although?the?development?and?promotion?of?rural?micro-credit?ten?years,?but?because?of?Chinas?rural?industrial?structure?of?the?special?form?and?the?formation?of?thousands?of?agricultural?development?in?the?special?conditions,?resulting?in?Chinas?rural?micro-credit?promotion?and?implementation?encountered?many?problems.?Therefore,?the?analysis?of?existing?rural?micro-credit?problems,?and?explore?ways?to?solve?its?of?great?practical?significance.
